Asset Owners

Asset Owners are the Owners of the Assets used in the business. Each Asset must be assigned an Owner. VendSys will have been pre-populated with the standard Owner "Company" which is represents your Company and hence will refer to Company Owned Assets.

Others may be added as necessary eg "Coca Cola"

The following fields are used to define Asset Owners:

Description

The name of the Asset Owner. It must be unique in the list of Asset Owners.

Active

Asset Owners no longer referenced may be inactivated. They will not appear in any selection lists.
